Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using CFO Wiz™, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
This Agreement is between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ScaleIt Financial LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the CFO Wiz platform accessible at cfowiz.com and app.cfowiz.com ("Service").
By accessing or using the Service, connecting your QuickBooks Online account, or clicking "I Agree," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, ScaleIt Financial LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in connection with operating your food and beverage business.
This license does not include the right to:
CFO Wiz integrates with Intuit's QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official OAuth 2.0 API. By connecting your QBO account, you authorize CFO Wiz to access your QBO data as described in our Privacy Policy.
CFO Wiz accesses your QuickBooks Online data in read-only mode. The Service will not create, modify, or delete any records in your QuickBooks Online account.
Your use of CFO Wiz in connection with QuickBooks Online is also subject to Intuit's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You represent that your use of QuickBooks Online complies with Intuit's applicable terms.
CFO Wiz derives its KPIs and dashboards from the data in your QuickBooks Online account. The accuracy of CFO Wiz outputs depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of your QBO data. ScaleIt Financial LLC makes no warranty that CFO Wiz outputs are free from errors arising from inaccurate source data.

You may not share your account credentials with third parties or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by ScaleIt Financial LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You retain ownership of your financial data. By using the Service, you grant ScaleIt Financial LLC a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
CFO Wiz may offer free and paid subscription tiers. If you subscribe to a paid tier:
During any free trial or early access period, we reserve the right to convert your access to a paid subscription or terminate access upon notice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
ScaleIt Financial LLC does not warrant that: (a) the service will meet your requirements; (b) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable; or (d) any errors in the service will be corrected.
CFO Wiz is a financial dashboard tool, not a substitute for professional accounting advice. KPIs and reports generated by CFO Wiz are for informational purposes only. Please consult a qualified accountant or CPA for accounting, tax, and financial planning decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScaleIt Financial LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the service.
In no event shall ScaleIt Financial LLC's aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ScaleIt Financial LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) your financial data or QBO account.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate this Agreement or for any business reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination: (a) your license to use the Service ends immediately; (b) we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy; and (c) any provisions of this Agreement that should reasonably survive termination will do so, including Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13.
We reserve the right to modify the Service or this Agreement at any time. For material changes to this Agreement, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
